Functionality of CN_NOT_TRX_ALL

Hi,

We want to know the functionality of CN_NOT_TRX_ALL table. Any query on this table is taking a lot of time to retrieve the data especially if it is queried for a particular range of notified_date. The processed_date values in our database for this table are NULL.
