Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All we are using EBS 11.5.8

we are using

Payable module, FA, GIS user for inter-company process, GL module only

and we are going to upgrade the System

i need a detail to prepare a propose for upgrading option , whether we upgrade to 11.5.10 . or R 12.1

please give me advantages and disadvantage on those release compare to 11.5.8 version
