ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [SKGMINVALID]

 hi,

just now we have upgraded our box from 8.1.74 to oracle 10.2.0.4 on AIX machine but after 2 day we are getting ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [SKGMINVALID].

Please suggest me ASAP.
