COA mapping tool

All,

We will be implementing Oracle GL with new COA structure. Many of the legacy systems that feed Oracle and receive data from Oracle will continue to use old COA for a period of time. We are looking at building a black box for 2-way COA conversion. Old COA -> New COA and New-COA -> old COA. What are the tools you have used for such conversion?
