OLM (Oracle Learning Management) - Survey (Test) used by same enrollee more than once.

Our need is that managers fill out a 'new hire survey' for...new hires. The survey has been defined. It is offered to the manager as a class. But any enrollments after the first are not allowed as the manager has already been enrolled in that class (error). This seems to imply that each manager will need a unique class for each survey.....isn't there a way to configure a class so that the same employee can enroll more than once ?
