Firefox Connection to EM logon page reports it is bin type file.

 I am trying to use firefox to connect to EM, but instead of logon page I get a popup saying it is a bin type file.  Does anyone know what the problem is?

I am using Rehat 5 and Oracle 10.2.0.4.  The dbconsole is running.  I have tried 3 different versions of firefox, and it is the only brower loaded on the Linus servers.
