Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Service Contracts integration with Incentive Compensation

Hi,

We are on 12.0.6.

We have a requirement wherein the incentive compensation data is populated from service contracts data for sales rep's commission calculation.

Is there any integration between service contracts and incentive compensation module ?

How is the sales credits data in service contracts used ?
