in table V$SESSION the columns PROGRAM & MODULE always null specially when execute any tools in Orac

 in table V$SESSION the columns PROGRAM & MODULE always null specially when execute any tools in Oracle Developer 6 like SQL*Plus. all clients use Windows XP

and our production Database 10g 10.1.0.5 in UNIX AIX os

so I can't use these columns correctly for auditng.

How solve this problem?
