Additional Workplan Options page

I've set up a workplan and I'm trying to get to the Additional Workplan Options page (as described in the PJT UG p. 2-4) and can't find it.  It appears as neither a tab within the Workplan Structure Information page nor as its own page that I can see.  I've used both the Projects Implementation SU and the Projects SU responsibilities.  The instance is 11.5.10.2 on FP-M.

Can anyone provide the navigation and if there is a setup required to get to this page?
