Unable to run rollback depreciation and rollback journal entry program

 Hi,

When attempting to rollback depreciation and rollback journal entry program,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403: no data found
Error: function fa_je_rollback_pkg.do_rollback returned failure
Rollback of journal entries has failed.

Unknown error. Please contact your system administrator.
Error: function fa_je_rollback_pkg.do_rollback returned failure

Can someone help us to resolve (any ideas ,notes )this problem on FA module Thnks!!!
