Difference between UNIT_PRICE and LIST_PRICE_PER_UNIT

 We've encountered a situation where we're seeing, for a single PO, a difference between the value in the UNIT_PRICE and the LIST_PRICE_PER_UNIT fields.  Example, our requisitioner (using iProcurement) created a requsition where the unit price was $15.16.  However, when the related PO was created the unit price was different - $15.17.  Anyone understand why that's happening?
