List of Event Codes

I've looked in the knowledge base by Event Code errors I am receiving, but nothing comes up.  In the old POINT system, there was a 50/50 chance that I could find it.  Will Oracle ever post a list of Event Codes that is easy to look up with a more user friendly description/solution?
