kksfbc child completion waits

Hello. I have a session waiting for a long time for kksfbc chile completion. Oracle version is 10.2.0.3 The session is running an insert into a table via SQL*Loader.  I am looking for a document dealing with this wait. Right now we had the session killed and restarted the load, but I want to see what caused it. If someone has any insights or reference to a document please let me know
