What type of industries implement OPM

Hi

We are planning for a new implementation of Oracle EBS for one of our clients

The company manufactures chemicals, the manufacturing process currently carried out is not continuously one product but the products are changed based on the demands from the customer.

I want to know whether we can implement Discrete Manufacturing or OPM in this case.

Please help me out.
