AGIS Update Icon Not Appearing
We are facing a problem where the Update icon is greyed out in Inbound when doing AGIS transactions. It is in Received status and is not getting approved automatically (for approval not required) nor is it allowing the Update icon to appear as active. There is a valid contact for the organization. Can anyone pls suggest what is going wrong? It is probably related to the user-employee assignmentbut cannot locate what is causing it.
Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
