ADI Upload Issue EBS 11.5.10.2

Just installed a new PC. When trying to upload a journal via ADI the program stops. No further action executed. Loging completed and journal capability selected but nothing happens. We are on 11.5.10.2 EBS. We need help with an Excel upload form used to transfer accounting records from Excel into Oracle General Ledger. User used the form on her old laptop and had no issue uploading. Now when hitting the upload button nothing happens on new PC.

Any idea would be much appreciated.
