Data sequence on R04570 - Create Payment Control Groups

    === Question ===
In 9.0 Report R04570 - Create Payment Control Groups shows the incorrect sequence: it does not include the Alpha name (ALPH).
In 8.0 this report shows the correct sequence on Alpha Name.
How can this be corrected, and why was this changed?
