Delimited Text Files

 I've created two batch processes.  One to read a delimited text file and the other to write one.  Both processes worked fine during development while running on a local fat client.  However when run on the server the inbound process runs in error and the outbound process runs but does not generate a text file as it did when run locally.  I feel I'm missing the secret to the trick here.
