Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Can anyone help me to understand or provide more information on;

Sales Order line still shows 'Awaiting Shipping' even after order header status is closed.

Why this has happen? & How to resolve this issue?
