Is there a report on timesheet in Agile 9.3?

We have just started using Agile PPM 9.3 earlier this year and users have been actively entering their time worked in a particular project in the timesheet tab. We would like to generate/create a report that is able to show the time entered on the timesheet, either for a particular user or for a project. This report will be used by the Project Lead or Project Manager to analyze and keep track of the allocation vs actual time entry for each team member.

I looked at all the Out Of The Box reports and there is no report that is retrieving information from the timesheet. I also tried to create a custom report but there is no relevant timesheet object for me to use. Generating the report outside Agile is out of the question because current SDK does not provide interface to retrieve timesheet information out of the database (we have requested an enhancement to include timesheet API in future release).
