Account Derivation Rule value type = Account Derivation Rule in Fixed Assets ADR definition

 I have created an account derivation rule with a value type = Account Derivation Rule (as opposed to Source or Constant) and have selected one of the available values from the seeded LOV.  The ADR is associated with an accounting COA.  When I run create accounting I get an error message that indicate the condition is not complete.  However this condition works with Value Type = Source or Constant.  I get the same error message if I remove the condition altogether.  This ADR is associated with a segment rule for the natural account.  I can find no documentation or white
