How to properly delete EPMA Planning application when normal process of delting from Application Lib

 I have tried to delete these several applications we have running first in our DEV envirnment and then once a solution is found in production.

The issue I am facing is the application saids they are reseved for deletion and can not be reserved for deletion again.

So the EPMA application aborts in the job console at 0%. This action can be observed in the DS_application table in Oracle. I am currently running 10.0.4 Oracle enterprise 5 for the database server. The Essbase server shows these planning  applications still visable.

I have Oracle working on the issue currently. I was just seeing if anyone has seen this bahavior before and knows the steps to correct. I would thingk part of the process would involve a series of deletions from the EPMA tables. I just do not know the FKs that would newed to be addressed before the the applications would delete
