PN:what are the ways to reimburse the security deposit

Hi,

A security deposit term is created in the main lease under billing tab as one time payment. As this is refundable to the tenant, what are the ways to reimburse the security deposit? AR is using India Localization. How it is accounted?

Please suggest.
