Payroll Register Issue with Changes Only

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

When you submit changes only for pre payroll it calls R07200C_XJDE0001,that in turns calls R073012_XJDE0002 processing option #2  of R073012 says to enter a 4 to print address book number only. The SSN will NOT stop printing when you enter a 4.
