SSL Webserver crashes

Hi,

  We are having Hp Apache webserver version 2.0.59.15 running in HPUX 11.23 with openssl verion 0.9.8n . We have SWE 8.1.1.   When we start the server in non-ssl mode , Webserver comes up. but if we try to bring up with SSL ,  Web server just crashes . We have correct certificate. Did some one came across this scenraio some where. Web server gets crashed when it tries to load its siebel libraries.

Is there any document we have to follow apart from the standard ones.
