Restricting iProcurement Receiving to Service and Amount Based line types.

Our business wants to restrict iProcurement desktop receiving so that only 'Sevice' and 'Amount Based' line types can be received. 'Goods' line type would be received centrally in forms. Anyone done this before or any advice?
