Updating Level of Effort activity

 Dear

I have a problem with updating LOE activity.In our Prog we have to show summary of activities that are not under one WBS level but under different WBS levels.The activities should have durations and we need to update the LOE as per requirement.i.e I want to change  the percent complete cal by the primavera to our own percentage.Is it possible to do this by using global change?

I need urgent help please?
