OTN Downloads are Extremely Slow

Started about 1-2 months ago. We are getting only average of 30-60kBs download speeds from OTN Software Downloads. Currently trying to download 10.2.0.1 client software and it will take about whole day.
This happens too on each of my colleagues computers here in Finland. Any other site work a lot faster like OTN before(1-10MB /sec).
