The recycler.log has expired archive image error and the recycler will not run

Hello

When I run the sam-recycler command the recycler.log fills up with error messages (see below) and the sam-recycler stops running. What causes these errors and why will the sam-recycler not finish?

 /sam1/2007/file1: expired archive image
