SAM-QFS 5.1 archiver is waiting for arrun

Hello I installed the current version of SAM-QFS 5.1 today. I notice the following output from the samcmd a command:

 Archiver status                         samu      5.1.4 13:15:24 Jun  1 2010


sam-archiverd:  Waiting for :arrun



sam-arfind:  samfs1 mounted at /sam1
Files waiting to start          0  schedule          0  archiving          0
Waiting for :arrun

sam-arfind:  samfs2 mounted at /sam2
Files waiting to start          0  schedule          0  archiving          0
Waiting for :arrun

I think the above is caused because the system does not have a current archiver.cmd file. In the past, it seems like the archiver would start up without an archiver.cmd file. Has this default changed?
