View large PDFs fails in WSJ with jdenet timeout message

We have an issue whereas larger pdfs are not launching when we select View PDF from the Row Exit bar in WSJ.  We have tried increasing the timeout on the client jde.ini file but it does not resolve the issue.  This happens on the fat and web client so it is not a browser or JAS issue.

Any ideas are much appreciated.
