In GC11.1 Where Are The OMS Logs

In GC11.1, my OMS does not respond to ./emctl status oms.  Instead, I get the following:

Oracle Management Server is not functioning because of the following reason:
Unexpected error occurred. Check error and log files.

I went to $OMS_HOME/sysman/log and find very little:

-rw-r--r--  1 oracle oinstall 278265 May 20 14:15 emrepocminst.log.10246
drwxr-xr-x  6 oracle oinstall   4096 May 20 14:15 schemamanager

I am not finding any documentation in the 11.1 documents on the location of these logs. 

Does anyone know where to find them?
