Tax on Invoice

Hi We are in R12, the tax calculation is working perfectly for Auto-invoice (from Order entry) but when we raise a manual Invoice (as well as CM) with Tax, the tax is not calculated when we attach tax code at the Line items, we have also enabled the tax calculation at the Manual Invoice transaction type.
