Cost rollup across orgs

Here is an example of my need:

item A (recipe AAA-A) is in Org AAA, item B (recipe BBB-B) is in Org BBB, the ingredient for item B is item A.  Do standard cost rollup.  item A is valued at org AAA.  item B is valued in org BBB, however it's cost does not include item A's cost.

The end result I am looking for is:  Org AAA has item A costed.  Org BBB has items A and B costed (and item B's cost includes item A's cost). 

We use PMAC for fiscal policy, however, we plan on relying heavily on standards costs for analysis and qouting.
