Avoid passing Attributes (DFF values) from OM to AR.

I found in Metalink BUG # 3980076 (ENAHNCEMENT REQ: DISABLE THE POPULATION OF INVOICE HEADER FLEXFIELDS) where several customers request ability to control that Attribute values (DFF's) from OM are not passed to AR.

Does anybody know if anything has been implemented in 11.5.10 release to address this request?
