WORK TYPE COUNT IN UNIVERSAL WORK QUEUE ITS NOT MATCHING WITH GRID DATA COUNT

 Hi,

In universal work queue the count for a group shows as 19 for the worktype count but the Grid displays only 11 SR's.....I want to know what is the view or from where the count 19 is being extracted

Please suggest
