Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Temporay turn off all Oracle jobs and Windows schedulor?

Dear Oracle Experts,

1. How can I turn all Oracle user_jobs off, then on?

I do not want to remove user jobs one-by-one, then recreate them.

Is it about parameter, job_queue_processes?

2. How can I inactive all Windows schedulors for a time period, then active them?

A Windows service? What is its name?
