E-mail Import in Contract Manager v12.1

We currently have project email addreses for all of our projects.  Since this is a public email address, there isn't a user name or password (as far as I know) that can be used when setting up the E-mail import functionality in Project Settings.  How would I set this up so that anything getting cc'd to the project email address will be imported, including attachments?
