Agile 9.3 Full Text Searching

 We are having trouble getting full text searching to work. I have submitted an SR and we are working with Oracle Implementation service people but everything we have done so far hasnt worked. Have any other users had problems with Agile 9.3 and Full text searching. If you know of any possible solutions let me know.
