Diagnostics patching CP in R12

Hi,

We have an R12.1.2 upgraded instance from R 11.5.10.2 RUP 6. Upgrade was successful.

I was unable to select any test/application to run diagnostics (Application Diagnostics).

Navigation : Application Diagnostics-> Diagnose -> Select the Payables application. Tests were not retrieved.

Next I navigated to Configure -> Selected Payables group and it retrieved Setup, Accounting, Internet Expense, Invoice, Payment, System Snapshot, Payables Setup groups. Retreiving the tests resulted in "Test type xml is not available at the expected location. Please refer log for more details." error.

I ran Diagnostics patching CP. This program is referring to old Java top instead of new upgraded java top and resulted in errors like (log file extract):
