Cannot assign delivery

Hi!

Anyone encountered same problem as mine.
When clicking auto-create deliveries got the below error. 

ERROR
The action can not be performed because the selected records could not be locked. 

line status staged/pick confirmed, next step is Ship Confirm/Close Trip Stop.

NOTE: Patch  4488621 has been applied (trailing white space solution)
