Best way to measure physical progress of a project

 Hi,

I have a project using P6.All the activities in my project are not loaded with cost,labor resources.I want to prepare S curve to measure physical progress.I prepared cash flow from the activities that have cost resource.But as far as I know cash flow does not reflect the physical progress of the project.

what is the best way to measure project progress in this case?
