R12 OPM UPGRADE - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - PROFILE OPTIONS - NEW SETUP SCREEN -WHERE IS IT?

 Question: Where is the new setup form by organization in R12 for product development?  In 11i, this was done with profile options.  My understanding now is that these are done at the inventory orgnization level (old plant code).  I know I've seen this screen in either a document or a demo, but I can not seem to find it in my R12 upgraded instance.  Can someone point me to a seeded menu and/or reponsibility so I can set these up for the test inventory orgs.  Thanks....Sammy.  PS if this needs to go over to the OPM comunity, please advise....
