Best practice on legacy data migration: 9.2.1.6

 Hi, I am not sure if this topic is already discussed here.
Any one is aware of the best practice to import a bunch of data (+2 mil) parts/relationships.
As far as I understand import is ruled out due to the size of the data. I am thinking of SDK, but then even that will take a long time to upload all these data.
We have running Agile 9.2.1.6

Ideas welcome
