Need to know the significance of Ordered_Item column in OE_Order_Lines_All table.

 Hi,

      We have column ordered_item which is nullable in  oe_order_lines_all table. What is the significance of this column? For the item related information we always use the inventory_item_id which is not nullable, so what is the sigificance of the Ordered_Item? Is this related to customer Item number? How to populate data into this column?
