Worst Performance of a Business objects report on Oracle 11.1.0.6 , HP Unix Itanium

Hi guys, 

we have some performance issue in reporting system at the moment and I need your expert opinion.

One of the Business critical report runs for more than 24 hrs. and doesn't finish at times.This report was running for more than 8 hrs. earlier and lately it's running for more than 2 days.

The only change we have done lately in the system is SAN refresh.

I have attached here the report query for you  but not sure how can I attach here awr report and query plan here.

One more thing I would like your expert opinion is - as you know the view called "dba_hist_sql_plan" in the database which contains time-series data about
