Auditing Ad Hoc updates / Inserts / Deletes

 Hi,

We are running Oracle Applications on 10g Database.And we have a requirement to audit all the DML activities which originates from sqlplus  , SQL Navigator or TOAD.

I would like to know what is the most efficent way to do this , with no OR minimal impact to the DB performance.
