Print PO XML Publisher Report

We are stuck up in a XML publisher report ‘Print PO Report’; requirement is that the custom version of the report should be invoked from various standard navigations in the application; we built this as a concurrent program; the problem is that the custom report is working fine when invoked from SRS form but in is not invoked when we have some other navigation e.g. from purchase order ->Inquire ->view document navigation

 

I believe this is a configuration issue; can you please help us in resolving this issue.
