Tool to generate large database

We have a requirement to generate large amounts of Oracle database (say 100 GB, 500 GB and 1TB) for 10g and 11g on Windows, Solaris, Linux and HPUX. Does Oracle have any such random db generator? Anyone from the community using such generators?
