Mysql Cluster node fail .

 Hello every one

       We have some question about Mysql Cluster. Mysql cluster have 4 nodes and actually all of them should be started all the time but we faced the problem that there are only 3 nodes can be started but other one can not be started. In the past, we have ever solved by restart the server and it has been solved this problem but right now that solution can not solve this problem anymore. So We would like to get any advice from you to help us solve this problem and we give you some information of this infrastructure as
